Welcome to The Salience Network

After 30 years in senior professional roles, I founded The Salience Network to offer individual and team coaching to enable businesses and individuals to be at their best.

I learnt the value of coaching from being coached myself. I have found it a critical support at key times in my career: when I was stepping up to a new role, when I was considering a change of direction, but also when I was loving what I was doing and looking to enhance my performance.

Oh, and in case you were wondering, the salience network is a network in the brain. It identifies what's important in your environment, and directs attention to that. It helps you ask yourself, is there something I need to do here?
